Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1/3 cup instant potato flakes or 1/3 cup instant mashed instant potato flakes
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add the ingredients to a 1 1/2-or 2-pound bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions.
  2. Select the basic white bread cycle and desired color setting.
