Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. fettuccini noodles
  • 1 large Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. cooked, chopped spinach, drained
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped fine

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked fettuccini, softened cream cheese, cottage cheese, grated Jack cheese, sour cream, drained chopped spinach, and sautéed onion.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until bubbly and golden.
