Instructions
- Melt butter.
- Add onions and garlic.
- Stir-fry until onions are limp.
- Add noodles and cream.
- Stir to mix over high heat until cream just begins to boil.
- Sprinkle with cheese, then toss and mix until well coated.
- Serve with more Parmesan cheese.
