Ingredients

  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can white shoepeg corn
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Salad dressing mix
  • 16 oz. tomato sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 lb. ground beef

Instructions

  1. Brown the chopped onion with the ground beef until cooked through.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  3. Cook on low heat for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy.
