Hurry Up Chili is a quick, hearty, and flavorful chili with beans, ground beef, and spices, perfect for satisfying a crowd in minimal time.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Ranch Style beans
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can chopped green chilies
  • 1 can salsa
  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 4 or 5 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet; add chopped onions.
  2. Drain the cooked meat and onions.
  3. Add cumin and other seasonings.
  4. Drain chopped green chilies, then add all remaining ingredients including beans, enchilada sauce, salsa, and chilies.
  5. Heat the mixture thoroughly and serve with Longhorn cheese and crackers.
