Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider marinating the chicken breasts in a mixture of lime juice and additional fajita seasoning before grilling. If you can't find jalapeno jack cheese, a sharp cheddar or pepper jack can be a great substitute. Ensure the avocados are ripe but firm to prevent them from becoming mushy on the grill.

Serving Suggestions

Serve these grilled avocados as a main dish or a hearty appetizer. They pair beautifully with a side of Spicy Black Bean And Corn Salad for a complete meal. For a fresh touch, garnish with chopped cilantro or a squeeze of lime juice right before serving.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, place the avocado halves in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, or briefly microwave them, but avoid overheating to keep the texture intact.
