Instructions
- Cut steak into 6 pieces.
- Combine flour, salt and pepper. Cover meat with seasoned flour.
- Pound to 1/4-inch thickness. Brown in oil in large skillet.
- Pour off oil.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water.
- Add to meat.
- Add onions.
- Cover tightly and cook slowly 1 hour.
- Add green pepper and tomatoes.
- Cover and continue cooking slowly 25 minutes or until meat is tender. Serves 4 to 6.
