Ingredients

  • 2 lb. steelhead trout, skinned and filleted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Put a single layer of fish in a greased baking dish.
  2. Combine sour cream, grated onion, white vinegar, salt, celery salt, and cayenne pepper to make the sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the fish in the baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes until cooked through.
