Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. French dressing
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs (from 2 slices bread)
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo (butter)

Instructions

  1. Microwave the fillets in a serving dish with lemon thyme on top for 4 minutes.
  2. While the fillets are microwaving, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and oleo (butter). Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. After microwaving, turn the fillets and sprinkle more thyme on top.
  4. Spread the crumb mixture over the fillets and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
