Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes in jackets; set aside to cool.
  2. Remove jackets from potatoes, slice them, and set aside.
  3. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped onion, parsley flakes, celery seed, salt, and horseradish in a large bowl.
  4. Add sliced potatoes to the mixture and gently combine until evenly coated.
