Five Layer Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, margarine and nuts like pie crust.
  2. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  4. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; spread over crust.
  5. Mix together pudding and milk and pour over Cool Whip layer.
  6. Spread other 1/2 carton of Cool Whip over pudding layer.
  7. May top with nuts.
