Ingredients

  • 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • 2 3.4 oz. cheesecake flavored instant pudding packages
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Spread slivered almonds on a cookie sheet and toast in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheesecake flavored instant pudding mix with milk as directed (2 3.4 or 4 oz. packages use 1-1/4 cups milk, smaller packages use 1 cup).
  3. Add almond extract to the pudding mixture.
  4. Mix until smooth and thickened.
  5. If desired, sprinkle toasted almonds on top before serving.
