Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tablespoon Spice Islands Cloves, Ground
  • 1 tablespoon Spice Islands Fennel Seed
  • 1 tablespoon anise seed, whole

Instructions

  1. Place spices in a coffee or spice grinder. Process to a fine powder and store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.
