Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. Chinese Five-Spice powder

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Pour over chicken.
  3. Marinate 4 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove wings and place on broiler rack. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, turning and basting with marinade every 15 minutes.
