Five Star Super Omelet

- Combine 9 eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl, combine cream & eggs together by using a fork or whisk.
- Take diced potatoes, place in saucepan, cover with warm water and boil for approximately 8 minutes or until tender.
- Next, once potatoes are tender, drain excess water, place in fry pan with 4 tablespoons of butter, cook for about 10 minutes or until browned.
- Take egg mixture and slowly add all remaining ingredients including peppers, mushrooms, cheese ham, add potatoes last.
- Pour egg mixture into a large casserole or baking dish. Place into a per-heated 400 degree oven for approximately 18-20 minutes. You can check too see if omelet is cooked by poking with toothpick or knife.
- You may sprinkle additional cheese over top of omelet.
- Allow to cool for about 5 minutes and serve.
