Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 oz. Bleu cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onions
  • pimentos
  • chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix both cheeses in a bowl.
  2. Stir in celery and onion.
  3. Chill for 2 hours.
  4. Shape into a log.
  5. Design a flag on top, using walnuts for stars and slices of pimento for stripes.
  6. Serve cold. Goes great with crackers.
