Instructions
- Mix both cheeses in a bowl.
- Stir in celery and onion.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Shape into a log.
- Design a flag on top, using walnuts for stars and slices of pimento for stripes.
- Serve cold. Goes great with crackers.
