Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Place on perforated rack in a baking pan.
  3. Bake at 350° until done.
