Ingredients

  • 12 each KRAFT Frozen Macaroni & Cheese Dinner(10-oz. pouch)
  • 1-1/2 qt. canned mandarin oranges, drained, liquid reserved
  • 1 qt. cooked fresh spinach, drained
  • 3/4 cup canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped

Instructions

  1. For each serving: Heat 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package; place in medium bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 cup oranges, 1 Tbsp.
  3. reserved orange liquid, 1/3 cup spinach and 1 Tbsp.
  4. peppers; mix lightly.
  5. Spoon onto serving plate.
  6. Top with 4 oz.
  7. meat.
