Ingredients

  • 1 sm. can or 1 cup pinapple juice.
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbls. sugar
  • 1 Tbls. ground ginger
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together and pour over steak in a lg. plastic bag. Marinate at least 2 hrs. but over night in refrigerator is best. Marinade can be frozen for reuse on same type of meat or poultry
