- Combine chopped spinach, cubed Velveeta, and bread crumbs in a saucepan; cook on low until cheese melts and mixture is very dry.
- Unroll and separate the crescent roll dough; cut each into 8 triangles to make 32 pieces.
- Spread each triangle with 1 teaspoon of the spinach and cheese mixture.
- Roll up each triangle from the widest end to the point.
- Place the rolled crescents on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
