Ingredients

  • 10 oz. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped spinach, cubed Velveeta, and bread crumbs in a saucepan; cook on low until cheese melts and mixture is very dry.
  2. Unroll and separate the crescent roll dough; cut each into 8 triangles to make 32 pieces.
  3. Spread each triangle with 1 teaspoon of the spinach and cheese mixture.
  4. Roll up each triangle from the widest end to the point.
  5. Place the rolled crescents on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
