Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Trim fat from pork chops and place them into a shallow baking dish.
  2. Combine orange juice, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and brown sugar; pour over the chops.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes.
  4. If necessary, add water to the pan to prevent burning.
