Ingredients

  • 1 can Niblets corn with liquid
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 package (8 oz.) Jiffy cornmeal mix
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese (reserve 1/2 cup)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch greased or sprayed baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of reserved shredded cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until golden and bubbly.
