Ingredients

  • 2 c. cranberry juice, chilled
  • 1 c. orange juice, chilled
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice, chilled
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. raspberry sherbet
  • 1 liter ginger ale, chilled

Instructions

  1. In a punch bowl, stir together cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon juice, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Spoon raspberry sherbet into the punch bowl by tablespoonfuls and stir just until combined.
  3. Slowly pour ginger ale down the side of the bowl.
  4. Stir gently until everything is combined.
  5. Serve immediately.
