Ingredients

  • 1 rack spareribs (2 to 2 1/2 lb.)
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/2 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut spareribs into serving size pieces.
  2. Remove excess fat from the spareribs.
  3. Combine vinegar, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and garlic to make the marinade.
  4. Pour the marinade over the spareribs.
  5. Let stand for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
