- Cut a thin slice from the stem end of each green pepper.
- Remove all seeds and membranes from the peppers.
- Wash the inside and outside of each pepper.
- Mix chili beans, corn, and catsup; lightly stuff each pepper with this mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed pepper securely in double-thickness heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Cook on medium coals for 15 to 20 minutes or grill 3 to 4 inches from hot coals for 30 to 40 minutes, turning once.
