Foil Roasted Chicken

Instructions
- Line a roasting pan with a large piece of foil.
- Place vegetables in foil and arrange chicken on top.
- Empty can of tomatoes over all and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap foil around chicken tightly.
- Roast at 375° for 1 hour.
- Turn back foil and baste chicken with pan juices.
- Brush chicken with margarine and sprinkle with paprika.
- Roast 45 minutes longer, uncovered.
