Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 3 medium diced potatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck and oil and fry until browned; add salt.
  2. Add flour, diced potatoes, chopped onion, and pepper.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add water and cook for another 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot over rice.
