Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • shot of Tabasco
  • 1/4 lb butter

Instructions

  1. Put eggs, salt, mustard, lemon juice, and Tabasco in a blender and blend for 3 minutes.
  2. Heat butter until melted and hot.
  3. Add butter, in a steady stream, to the blender while it's running.
