Forgotten Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 large thick pork chops
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water (soup can)
  • 2 cup minute rice, uncooked
  • 1 packages dried onion soup mix
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Combine cream soups, water, and rice in large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir to combine
  4. Place rice mixture in a 9x13 BUTTERED pan.
  5. Place pork chops on top of mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the dried onion soup mix over pork chops.
  7. Cover with tin foil and cook until done, about 60-90 minutes.
  8. You can cook this low and slow at 250/275F for about 3 hrs if you wish.
