Ingredients

  • 16 oz. uncooked pasta spirals
  • 1 c. milk
  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 oz. Provolone cheese, grated
  • 2 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. white pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes, until tender.
  2. Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
  3. Add milk, cheeses, and white pepper to the pasta.
  4. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until the cheeses are melted.
