- Sift flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon together.
- Add bran flakes to the dry mixture.

- Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and mix as well as possible.
- Fold in the chopped raisins.
- Line muffin pans with paper liners.
- Divide the batter evenly into 12 muffin cups.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 minutes.
