Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 lb package Velveeta cheese
  • 16 oz can chili beans
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 packages chili seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons chopped jalapenos

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, then sauté with chopped onions and minced garlic; drain excess fat.
  2. Add the chili beans, Velveeta cheese, milk, chili seasoning mix, and chopped jalapenos to the skillet.
  3. Stir often until the cheese melts and the mixture is heated through.
  4. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
