Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • 1 (7 oz) can chopped green chiles
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 1 pound Jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a pan.
  2. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
  3. Blend in sifted flour with baking powder and salt.
  4. Add chopped green chiles, cottage cheese, and shredded Jack cheese.
  5. Mix everything together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 35 to 40 minutes.
