Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Velveeta Mexican process cheese spread with jalapeno peppers, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • nacho chips
  • salsa
  • avocado, peeled, chopped
  • chopped tomato
  • pitted ripe olive slices

Instructions

  1. Combine Velveeta cubes and milk in a saucepan and stir over low heat until the cheese melts.
  2. Spread the melted cheese mixture over the nacho chips.
  3. Top with salsa, chopped avocado, chopped tomato, and sliced ripe olives.
