Ingredients

  • 4 small boxes Jell-O assorted colors
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
  • 1 stick oleomargarine
  • 30 graham crackers crushed
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve each package of Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water.
  2. Pour the dissolved Jell-O into separate containers or pie plates and chill until firm.
  3. Meanwhile, dissolve Knox unflavored gelatine in a small amount of cold water and then add crushed pineapple.
  4. Melt the oleomargarine and mix it with the crushed graham crackers and sugar to make a crust.
  5. Press the graham cracker mixture into a 9 x 9-inch square pan to form the crust.
  6. Once the Jell-O layers are set, assemble the dessert by layering or arranging as desired.
  7. Chill the assembled cake until ready to serve.
