Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Beat the Bisquick baking mix, egg, and milk with a rotary beater in a medium bowl until smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce.
  2. Drizzle a small amount of batter from a teaspoon onto a hot griddle to create funny eyes, nose, and mouth.
  3. Cook until the pancakes puff up and bubbles appear, then pour about 1/4 cup of butter over them.
  4. Turn the pancakes when bubbles appear and cook the other side until golden brown.
