Ingredients

  • 2 qt. sliced cucumbers
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 large sliced onion
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Refrigerate the sliced cucumbers, salt, and sliced onion in a covered bowl for 24 hours.
  2. On the second day, drain the mixture and add the sugar and white vinegar.
  3. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for another 24 hours.
  5. Transfer to desired size containers and freeze.
