French Bread Roast

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. eye of round roast
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 whole bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. beef bouillon
  • pepper to taste
  • french bread or hard rolls

Instructions

  1. Place roast in crock pot.
  2. Cover with water.
  3. Add seasonings then cover.
  4. Cook high 3 to 4 hours, low 7 to 8 hours.
  5. Serve on hard rolls, use juice for dipping.
