Ingredients

  • French bread
  • lettuce
  • turkey or turkey-like loaf, cut in cubes
  • celery, chopped
  • apples, chopped
  • mayonnaise
  • aji
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut the French bread in half, then into sections.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on each bread section.
  3. Place a piece of lettuce on each bread piece.
  4. Mix turkey, chopped celery, chopped apples, mayonnaise, aji, and a little sugar to make the filling.
  5. Put the filling on top of the lettuce on each bread section.
  6. Add cubed cranberry sauce and almond slivers on top of the filling.
