Ingredients

  • French bread, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • onion, sliced into rings
  • cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix hamburger, ketchup, garlic salt and pepper.
  2. Spread on bread.
  3. Slice into 6-inch pieces.
  4. Top with onion and cheese. Place under broiler until cheese melts.
