  • 1 pkg Duncan Hines moist Deluxe French vanilla cake mix
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz) can unpeeled apricot halves, drained
  • 1 (12 oz) jar apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
  3. Prepare the Duncan Hines moist Deluxe French vanilla cake mix according to package directions for a no-cholesterol recipe.
  4. Bake the cake in the prepared pan and let it cool completely.
  5. Drain the apricot halves and set aside.
