  • 2 small granny smith apples, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped of fresh mint
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Instructions
