- Wash the pickles thoroughly.
- Place a layer of dill at the bottom of the jar, then add a layer of pickles; repeat the layering process.
- Add 2 to 3 garlic cloves into the jar.
- Bring 2 quarts of water, kosher salt, and white vinegar to a boil and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour the hot brine over the pickles in the jar and cover with a white cloth.
- Place the jar in a cool spot and let it stand for 7 days.
- After curing, put the pickles in a closed jar and refrigerate.
