  • 12 ears fresh corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons bacon drippings
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the corn from each ear by first splitting each row down the center.
  2. Then cut the corn from the cob.
  3. Scrape the cob to extract the extra milk and juices.
