Ingredients

  • 1 pork chop
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons white cooking wine

Instructions

  1. Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan.
  2. Sprinkle the pork chop with dill weed, rubbed sage, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned pork chop in the pan.
  4. Pour 2 tablespoons of white cooking wine over each pork chop.
  5. Cook until browned on one side.
  6. Turn the pork chop and repeat the process on the other side until cooked through.
