Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package crackers, crushed fine
  • 2 lbs fresh fish fillets
  • salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in a bowl.
  2. Put crushed crackers in a separate bowl.
  3. Dip fish fillets in beaten eggs, then in cracker crumbs.
  4. Fry the coated fish in a hot cast iron skillet with oil until golden and cooked through.
