Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 c. dry white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. scallops
  • 3/4 c. plain bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
  • lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large baking pan to hold a single layer of scallops.
  2. Stir in olive oil, minced garlic, white wine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and salt.
  3. Mix well to combine.
  4. Add scallops to the pan and toss gently to coat.
  5. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before cooking.
