Fresh Turkey Breasts

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. fresh turkey breasts
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. tarragon leaves
  • 3 medium potatoes, cut in quarters
  • 2 medium onions, cut
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 medium carrots, cut
  • 3 stalks celery, cut

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°.
  2. Mix butter, thyme, rosemary,
  3. tarragon and garlic.
  4. Drizzle 1/2 over turkey in shallow roasting pan.
  5. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.
  6. Add remaining ingredients to pan and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
  7. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Make gravy with the juice.
