Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs fresh fish, ground fine
  • 2 tablespoons flour or 2 tablespoons mashed potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pint milk
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • salt (optional)
  • pepper (optional)
  • nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients until light.
  2. Form into balls.
  3. Fry in butter!
