Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. fish seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag; shake well to combine.
  2. Add fish pieces to the bag and shake to coat evenly.
  3. Drop fish into hot oil and fry for 3 minutes or until light brown on all sides.
  4. Use a Fry Daddy fryer or similar to maintain oil temperature and ensure even cooking.
